The only problem is there service department. You have your vehicles oil changed and it takes 5 hours for them to let you know it is done that is with a appointment. And you have to call them . 5000 mile service We have both our vehicles serviced here although we bought them at Hoover. We have found that the service here is second to none.. You can call ahead for appointment and get your vehicle in on time without waiting all day to get it back. That's why we do not go to Hoover because you cannot make appointments there.
