I was very happy with my experience For starters the dealership was a very warm environment. My salesman was very polite and he made sure my visit was pleasant. He even offered to pick me up at my house in the car because I didn’t have anybody to trail me there. The dealership was very clean and nice. If I ever buy another car it would definitely be there. Honda Odyssey I wasn’t happy about the service we received. We brought my van to the service center & told them that sometimes the air conditioner fan would not wor I wasn’t happy about the service we received. We brought my van to the service center & told them that sometimes the air conditioner fan would not work when it was turned on. They kept it & listened to it & watched it for less than a day. I told them that the van blower also made a noise when it was working, they didn’t hear that either. They said well just bring it back to us if it happens again!? It doesn’t do it all of the time & sometimes it will start working again when we’ve gone about 15 miles or more. They swear they can’t run any diagnostics on it to see if anything is wrong. More

I Go to Alabama to Get my Honda Serviced! I really like this Honda dealership (Sunny King Honda). They get me in when I need it, they have Thursday deals for ladies (like $5 off the oil chang I really like this Honda dealership (Sunny King Honda). They get me in when I need it, they have Thursday deals for ladies (like $5 off the oil change service), and they take good care of my vehicle. While they obviously want my business, they are also willing to help me make decisions to best care for my vehicle on my budget. During my October 2018 visit, there were no Ubers to be seen in the Oxford/Anniston environment (where the dealership is located), so the dealership staff drove me to and from Panera to grab breakfast. Super accommodating group. My car is in good hands with them. More
