Unprofessional They don’t let the customer have time to look and choose what they want. Always felt pushed. They had a car pulled up for me to drive and I had not ev They don’t let the customer have time to look and choose what they want. Always felt pushed. They had a car pulled up for me to drive and I had not even picked a car out yet. We had talked about a model and color but I actually had not made up my mind. The first words out of salesman mouth was “ Im not here to waste your time or mine” what do you want! I was debating between a 2.0 and a 1.5 engine. I had a problem with polarized spots on rear window and text salesman the day after I bought it, his response was “ next time you’re down this way I will fill your tank up!” I call him to see what they were doing about the spots, then I received a phone call from General manager, he started in harassing me about competition from other dealers and preceded to start yelling at me. I took the car back (2 hour trip)?and GM NEVER acknowledged I was even there! He put the service manager in charge, and then another young guy name Nick along with my salesman. He just passed the buck! More

Great experience! I have always used this body shop for any and all work to my cars. This last experience was better than even before. From the moment I took it in they I have always used this body shop for any and all work to my cars. This last experience was better than even before. From the moment I took it in they set me up on text message alerts, letting me know every other day or so how the progress was going on my car. They gave me a date of completion in my first text message, and the car was indeed ready on that date. Whenever I called, they answered quickly and were very nice. Best service I’ve ever had! More
