I threw him through a curveball with my trade-in being in my dads name, but he sought support from his team and made the entire process seamless. On December 30th my wife and I visited this dealership for the end of year sales. We were showen a 2021 Pilot Elite that was a "managers special". The vehicle already had close to 2,000 miles logged on for the end of year sales. We were showen a 2021 Pilot Elite that was a "managers special". The vehicle already had close to 2,000 miles logged on it due to it being used as a programmed/used vehicle. We inquired as to price. The manager printed out a worksheet used to negotiate price on. The worksheet surprised me as the numbers that they were using were grossly inflated. The first number appeared to be the MSRP, but when you look closer, you find that it is a number that they identify as fair market value. Their version of fair market value, was $ 2,000.00 above MSRP. The second and third numbers were added services. One was vehicle protection for almost $ 1,300.00. This vehicle protection consisted of floor mats and mud flaps that already come with the Elite. I researched this with Honda, and found that Honda's MSRP for this was $ 476.00. The other was a rust treatment. The final price they offered was a new vehicle price, and they were unwilling to negotiate, so I went to another dealership, where I was offered a new vehicle with 8 miles for a lower price. Please be careful and research pricing, as their numbers are a fiction. More

I always get top notch service when I take my car for service. On my last visit I expected to be there for 2-3 hours since I made my appointment at short notice.
