This was my first experience with this dealership, and I was impressed at how "easy" the buying process was. Fast forward to September 2017 when we purchased our second Odyssey from Frank at Sunny King. I was saddened to learn that Frank had moved out of a primarily salesman's role to being over the IT department at the dealership. However, Frank laid aside his other responsibilities, stepped back into that role, and took great care of me again! He was very concerned that all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. During the paperwork process of the deal, Eddie the business manager thoroughly explained all of the "add-on" options that were available to me to be added into the financing if I so desired. He took several minutes to carefully explain all of the extra protection and warranty additions. Since we trade vehicles so frequently, I declined all of the "extras" I was offered and Eddie had no problem with my decision--never was I pressured to purchase anything that I didn't want! Also, I should mention that I drove 90 minutes from my home to this dealership, bypassing three other Honda dealers that are of a lower caliber. I know that a vehicle purchase is a big investment, and one should search out the best deal they can find, but to me, a small business owner, customer service means a lot! I feel that I got the best of both at Sunny King Honda! More

He had acknowledged my presence almost 6 months earlier while I was walking around looking at CRV's, and he took the time to talk with me even though I was not ready to buy. When I returned 6 months later, I asked for him, and told him exactly what I wanted. The color I wanted was impossible to find, but Sunny King was able to obtain it straight from the manufacturing plant. They kept me informed concerning delivery of the vehicle. The buying process went smooth, and the Business manager, Eddie Sterling, explained everything to the detail. John provided excellent instructions on all the bells and whistles of my new CRV, and I am very happy with my experience. More
