This is the worst dealership service center experience I've had in El Paso. I do not recommend taking your Dodge or Ram vehicles to this Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service Center because they are te I've had in El Paso. I do not recommend taking your Dodge or Ram vehicles to this Sunland Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service Center because they are terribly disorganized, extremely unprofessional, very overpriced, and they lack skills on communication or even completing jobs correctly. I may or may not have had an oil change as the tires are all low and the oil life is at 24%. Ernie, the service advisor, does not communicate well or pay attention to detail and had work completed on my truck before I had verified and given them the green light. My truck was there for six days and they couldn't get it done right. They will blame the pandemic but a simple oil change should be done correctly. Take your vehicles elsewhere even if you have to drive to Central or East. More
