Have taken my vehicles to viva dodge. All I received from them was excuses and having my time being wasted their service is a joke. My service advisor was great, she was very friendly and kept me updated via text (which I preferred due to being at work). Within 24 hours of a walk in drop off, they had the coolant problem with my Ram di kept me updated via text (which I preferred due to being at work). Within 24 hours of a walk in drop off, they had the coolant problem with my Ram diagnosed and an estimate ready. Of course, I probably paid a bit more than if I had taken it to a non-dealer mechanic, but it was worth the price just to have it fixed so quickly. I am absolutely happy with the service and quality of work, and am relieved to have had a good dealer experience. More
