Reached out to them online to inquire if a specific car I saw they had posted online was still available. They replied asking me about the type of car I was interested in. Huh? I asked about a specific ca saw they had posted online was still available. They replied asking me about the type of car I was interested in. Huh? I asked about a specific car...so I reminded them that was why I was inquiring. Now they suggested we hop on call to discuss. I told them I do not need to hop on a call if the car is not available. On the next email, they insisted we speak to help them find the right car for me. Grrrr...Finally the Internet Sales Manager replied the car was available. I said, "Great! I'll be by in an hour to take it for a test drive." OMG! How hard is it to answer a customer's question??? I get to the dealership and the car is out, baking in the 105 degree sun...only feet from a covered parking area. Every surface was scalding hot. The car was overpriced to begin with...but the list of problems were too numerous to mention. But even those that were still under warranty and could be fixed at no cost...like the sunroof being inoperable...they did not even bother to get that fixed before putting it on the lot. Whether careless, lazy, or incompetent...I would NEVER buy from this dealership. More
