Mr. Gandarilla, I tried that already. I got NO WHERE WITH YOU! I still cannot believe I was not informed that the trade in was NOT going to be paid in full, when I had another deal in writing. Of course, the sales and finance personnel knew I would be walking away so the final amounts were hiden. Furthermore, I let you know that I would be leaving negative reviews everywhere I could. Even after the treatment my son and I received, I did the honorable action by calling you PLUS, I let you know what I would be doing as a result from our conversation. Now, I am notifying you, that the negative reviews are not the end of this! Very angry purchaser
