When I brought my car in for it's first ser I bought my 2015 Fusion through Sunland Ford, it was in great condition and the team treated me amazingly. When I brought my car in for it's first service the Service Advisors were caring and helpful. I got a full inspection sheet of my vehicle and got to see exactly where my tires and brakes were. They gave me pricing on new tires and would price match guaranteed. When I was at check out the cashiers were super nice and helpful with my paperwork too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!! More
Wont ever take my vehicle to them!! My 2016 explorer had a manufacture break defect that ended up eating the left rear outer break pad only while the inner pad still had 50% left. They wanted to charge my $400+ to fix a problem that they tried blaming me for. I've never seen brake pads do that. I've always been a long time ford customer, but this might change it. Tried speaking to management/supervisors and no one is interested in helping with this. Really disappointed in how they treated me. More

I went in. They took care of it. My life goes on. I have a 2010 Ford Edge. It was time for a transmission service. It need an oil change so I got them both done at the same time. I contacted Larry Largent to schedule an appointment. I tried the website first, but it is limited to scheduling only certain service work. (or, perhaps, it was not evident to me how I could schedule) When I contacted Larry, we set an appointment. I arrived on the date and time appointed. He wrote up the estimate. They took my car and I waited in the waiting area. It was comfortable enough. I was only going to be there a short time so I didn't use the shuttle. My car was ready a little before the estimated time. I got a full report of what was done. I even got an estimate for a console latch problem and two recommended services to be done in the future. I paid and I left. I went in. They took care of it. My life goes on. I'll go there again when I get around to the other stuff. More

Incompetent I have a 2012 Focus. It started getting stuck in "park". After removing the key, & sometimes disconnecting the battery, I could get it out of park, bu I have a 2012 Focus. It started getting stuck in "park". After removing the key, & sometimes disconnecting the battery, I could get it out of park, but putting it in gear was like, having it in "neutral". It revs up, but goes nowhere. After "3" days at the dealer, they said it was a battery issue, & replaced it. The day after picking up the car, it started doing the exact same thing. On the way back to the dealer, I got stuck at the end of the frwy off ramp, & literally coasted to the service area. And all the while, they're diagnosing or misdiagnosing my car, I have to rent another one. So frustrating. More
Going on a month to get a visor replaced and a handle painte I imagine since this is warranty work and they make no money I'm of no importance (4 weeks now) no call backs SALES BUT NO SERVICE is their slogan.
