Had an appointment, been sitting for 2 hours. Had an appointment for over a week in advance. I arrived 20 min. early for my 9:30 appointment. It has been over an hour past my appointment time and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Why make an appointment? I have seen several vehicles arrive after my car and those customers are being taken care of before me. What gives? What good is an appointment? I think they just put me in line behind everyone else, even though I clearly had an appointment time at 9:30 on the 24th. My car has been sitting for over an hour and has not been seen yet. So, this sucks of course, especially since the service clerk said it would take an hour or two for the sevice to be completed. Why do you people lie to your customers? More
