The body shop won't call you back, and misses deadlines. I got my equinox repaired there. After 3 1/2 weeks they are still not finished after telling me it would be done yesterday. Worst company ever they sell junk! I had to take my car back to them a week after purchasing for repairs, they kept the car for 2 weeks and nothing got fixed. 5 months l they sell junk! I had to take my car back to them a week after purchasing for repairs, they kept the car for 2 weeks and nothing got fixed. 5 months later I'm still dealing with my car being in and out of the shop for repairs. This time has been in for 4 days at another dealership and estimated to be another few weeks to fix the same major issues that Sundance was supposed to fix the first time... I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. I would actually strongly urge people to stay away. Horrible customer service, they are dong nothing to remedy this situation More

Sells lemons! I bought a vehicle on June 22, 2016 that seemed to run fine. On July 28, 2016 the vehicle left me stranded 50 miles from home late on night. I manag I bought a vehicle on June 22, 2016 that seemed to run fine. On July 28, 2016 the vehicle left me stranded 50 miles from home late on night. I managed to get a ride home and called Sundance in the morning. The salesman who sold the car, and his manager, never called me back despite repeated messages. The service manager told me to have my car towed in and they would look at it since I have an extended warranty. They don't offer towing and told me I'd have to pay for the towing, which was quoted at $350 through a tow service Sundance recommended. The sales manager that I did eventually reach (by calling repeatedly) at Sundance assured me that the towing would be reimbursed if the issue with my car was a warranty issue. I called the warranty company to find out how the warranty reimbursement works and they told me that they don't reimburse for towing, that all towing must be scheduled through their roadside assistance and they will pay for the the first 50 miles. Since no one at Sundance bothered to call me back, and the dealership had given me the run around on even getting my car service, I had my car towed to another dealership. They checked it over and diagnosed it as an issue with the transmission. The car needs a new transmission! As of today, three days after I contacted them about the issues with the car, no one from Sundance has contacted me or followed up with me about my car. Apparently, they only car about selling the cars, not about the customer. So I feel that I was ripped off and sold a lemon by these people. Buyer beware! More
