Great selection but service was spotty Sundance has a great selection of new and used cars, However, we ended up spending a total of 8 hours at the dealership to complete the process, in pa Sundance has a great selection of new and used cars, However, we ended up spending a total of 8 hours at the dealership to complete the process, in part due to our salesman being an hour late to our scheduled meeting time. Our salesman was very nice and spent a long time helping us find a car. But there was a mess-up in our protection plan paperwork which took a month to resolve. It involved me calling multiple times and contacting the Better Business Bureau to get the problem solved. However, the problem was resolved. More
