On the search I went to Sundance after researching vehicles on-line for a few months. The wife had previous experience with them and had always been happy with the way she was treated. We had been to other dealers and had come away brow beaten and happy to have finally gotten away. The dealership is huge with a vast selection. I had done my homework and had two particular cars in mind when we arrived. We started wandering the lot and quickly became overwhelmed. Troy happened upon us and asked if he could help. We gladly accepted the rescue and followed him to his cubicle. He was friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. He listened patiently as I explained what I was looking for. He made us comfortable and set out to locate the vehicles I was there to see. The vehicles were both recent acquisitions and were both still being prepped. Because they were a brand other than what the dealership sold new they had been sent out for evaluation and would be back later that day. We made arrangements and returned the next day. As promised the vehicles were there for my review and test drive. I made my choice and entered into negotiations. I came away happy with the experience. More

Great People and Prices at Sundance We came to Sundance Chevy because we heard that was the place to go for a good deal. We needed a new reliable car that was safe for our growing family We came to Sundance Chevy because we heard that was the place to go for a good deal. We needed a new reliable car that was safe for our growing family. We were setup to work with Stephen Carrasco. He was absolutely great. He did not pressure us whatsoever to buy or lease a new vehicle. He simply let us lead the conversation and the search. They did not have the exact car we wanted at Sundace, so Steve called six different dealers to find one for us. He was able to get one from a different dealership in just two days. The whole process took three days total from the day we went in looking for a new vehicle to the day we drove it home! The Traverse we got has lots of bells and whistles too so it was great to have Keith sit in the car with us for an hour going over everything before we drove off of the lot. More
