First experience with Sundance. We were looking for an SUV that would fit all 5 of our kids, we wanted the 2, 2, 3 seating, and although we had looked at several dealerships, we didn We were looking for an SUV that would fit all 5 of our kids, we wanted the 2, 2, 3 seating, and although we had looked at several dealerships, we didn't find what we were really looking for until we decided to look at Sundance. We got the "luck of the draw" with the sale person when we called in for an appointment. We got hooked up with Shane Fulmerhouser. Shane was knowledgeable about the Traverse, did NOT pressure us at all, was so nice, and funny as well. We didn't decide the night we came in if we were going to buy or not, Shane understood that we needed to "think about it", but we assured him we would be back - if not to buy this car, but to buy from him. We put a deposit on the car and went home to talk about it. The next day we showed up, unannounced, Shane had already gone home for the night. One of the other salesmen called him and he rushed back in - that was impressive to us - who wants to go back to work after leaving for the day? We got there pretty late, almost closing time, and he stayed far past closing time, answered all of our questions and was amazing. I have to say, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had, and we've had a few. When we are ready to buy again, Shane will be our guy for sure!! More

He explained the pros/cons and took his time with us, answering any questions we had. We made our decision & drove home our new Traverse the same day. We didn’t feel pressured into anything; felt our questions were answered clearly; and were treated in a very respectful and friendly way. I’d recommend Peter T to anyone who’s looking into getting a new or used vehicle. Mike (finance) was friendly as well and explained financing, extended warranties, and other add-on options.
