This was the most chaotic experience that I have ever endured in purchasing a vehicle. The day of the sale was a 4 1/2 hour total mess, the salesmans responds to every question was I don't know, I only s endured in purchasing a vehicle. We had numerous interactions with many employees due to the fact the salesman had no clue, unfortunately the #1 answer from everyone was "I DONT KNOW! We spent approximately 2 days detailing the vehicle after purchase and spent nearly $700.00, on Air/cabin filters, windshield wipers and a new tie rod for the front t passenger wheel. On a positive note there where 2 salesman attempted to smooth out the process after witness the ordeal we were enduring. We do not recall the managers name but he was helpful unfortunately he had to leave for an appointment. I had 3 family members looking for vehicles at this time and were asked about our experience. As you probably guessed, they did not even look at your inventory. Unfortunately you don't have negative star reviews . More
