Fairly fast. Got what I needed. Mike was a great help. My car died. I had purchased this car about 2 years ago from Sundance. It only cost $4000 so I expected to have to do some work Mike was a great help. My car died. I had purchased this car about 2 years ago from Sundance. It only cost $4000 so I expected to have to do some work. The work wound up being having the car in the shop 4 times to the tune of about another $4000. When the car went in the shop the last time they said it needed a "shifter sensor" and was going to cost me another $1650. I called it right there. That car was toast. I called Mike and told him. He was very sorry about my situation and said he would look for a good deal for me. About a half hour later he called back and said he had a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander with less than a hundred thousand miles on it for $7000. The book on this vehicle is $9500 to $11900 depending on condition. This car is really nice. From Florida, no rust, looks kinda cute and gets pretty good MPG. The entire process took about 4 hours to complete and Sundance gave me $200 for my dead Saturn and dismissed the diagnosis bill which would have been another $250. The only thing I thought was annoying was the "Used car warranty" they offer and the attempt to get an upgrade to a "pay for more" warranty. Sundance should give a 30 day parts and labor warranty on what they sell. To offer 15% on parts and labor is an insult to our intelligence. To offer $100 a month for a full warranty and make it sound like it's a part of the deal is annoying. If the car is good you should cover it for at least a month. If the car is not you should not sell it. However if I had that warranty on the Saturn I suppose I would still be driving it....except for the fact that the warranty was only for 2 years and I had the car for 2 1/2 years.....BURN! Mike Parwey is a good guy....go buy a car from him. More
