SNAFU, BUT Customer Satisfied I found just THE used vehicle I was looking for on the internet, Ford Escape with low miles, at this dealership. Lee proved to be a knowledgeable sal I found just THE used vehicle I was looking for on the internet, Ford Escape with low miles, at this dealership. Lee proved to be a knowledgeable salesman and didn't put on any pressure. Lee took me for the test drive, the financing, and then waiting for the paper work. That's when the SNAFU happened. Process failure! A sister store already sold the vehicle I had just drove. So after 3 hours I was not a happy car buyer - my great deal was NO deal. Well, Sam found a similar vehicle on the lot - Model, year, and mileage but a little more $$$. Sam and Lee made it right for me and sold the second one to me for the same deal as the first one I looked at. Now this car buyer is a HAPPY buyer who got a GREAT deal. I'll be back when I'm ready for my next car purchase. More
