I was late to other appointments as a result of SD's inability to meet timelines. This has influence on future decisions on doing business with General Motors. I like the car I purchased but if I cannot get quality, efficient support and excellent service. I see no need to return to General Motors. I hold this dealership as an extension to how General Motors cares about customers. If I cannot trust this dealership, I cannot trust General Motors.
