Other things that might have pushed the rating to a five star that other dealerships sometimes do: freebies like tire rotations, oil changes for a year, improved warranty discounts, full tank of gas upon driving away. (We were offered a free car wash but the car was already clean and we don't live in the area to use it in the future.) More
