Hello Justin, after reviewing your car deal and talking with Dave and the manager on the deal I have learned that Dave was not impatient or pushy at all. My understanding is that you bought Jeep Wrangler from us and that we were $4,000 under the competition and still wanted more money off. You were upset because we would not discount the vehicle another $1,000 so you left our store. Only to come back and agree to our terms of $14,700 for the Jeep. I can understand if Dave was slightly upset because you left mad, only to change YOUR mind and return 15 minutes later and agree to buy the vehicle. Our salesmen do everything that they can to make our customers happy and make sure they are satisfied and Dave will always go out of his way like he did for you and thousands of his previous customers to make sure they are happy. You bought the 2008 Jeep Wrangler at a price lower than anywhere else and at the time of purchase according to Dave and the manager you left happy. First of all all if your facts are incorrect!! Second of all it's rude that you privately reach out to "help" only to intentional get details to call ME out amd state INACURATE FACTS! Your workers are feed you B.S. and the jeep sold itself not your sales person. He was even too lazy to go get a gas ticket when we test drove the jeep becuase it was on empty and told us "we are all out of gas tickets but you can put gas in yourself there's a shell up the road." Then whe we return back to the other lot after the test drive low ans behold I here another salesmen giving another costumer a gas ticket you were supposedly out of. But we didn't think much of it. ALSO I NEVER ASKED FOR $1000 off I asked for $400 off!! Who wouldn't, I was not pissed about it. I did not leave mad, your salesman was the one who was tweeking, he was tossing his calaculator on the desk in our direction to shoe us what a monthly payment with your company would be after we specifically 3 TIMES, told him we are using our own bank and he started getting hasty and impatient and annoyed we would not finance through ypu guys. He legit threw it down infront of me. Kept slamming his hands on the desk, clenching his jaw and being disrespectful. And the it wasnt 14700 it was $15901!! I also it was exactly an hour and 15 mins we returned NOT 15 mins no way I could have made it accross town to our bank after taking time to talk about purchasing even though we were not a fan of your employee, go in the bank wait for a banker get approved and paper work done and then drive back! Lets look at the facts! I LITERALLY have nothing to GAIN OR LOSE in this review there for I have ABSOLUTLY NO REASON to lie exaggerate or falsify my experience or the demeanor and poor attitude of your salesmen. YOU however have something to lose with a bad review and something to gain by lying puplicly about the facts after starting a private "suposid" concerned message will me. Am I happy with my purchase YES, again the jeep sold itself NOT your poor attitude saleman.
