TLDR: The website is very deceiving as to what is actually for sale which is why I knocked off 2 stars. I was looking for a truck because I needed something that would handle the snow better than actually for sale which is why I knocked off 2 stars. I was looking for a truck because I needed something that would handle the snow better than my FWD hatchback. I have heard a lot about Sundance from their commercials on the radio, and thought I would give them a shot. I went to Sundance's website, and almost immediately something I was interested in. After an hour drive to the dealership, I found out that that truck didn't pass inspection because of a hole in the frame, and therefore, not for sale. I understand that managing a large inventory is difficult, but I don't understand why you wouldn't wait until listing a vehicle until it passes inspection. I figured I would at least see what other trucks they had. I didn't have a huge budget to work with for a truck, but they had 2 in my budget. Both trucks they had seemed about $8,000 overpriced. Both seemed like they definitely needed some work done to them and were rough around the edges. I then opened up my options to get an SUV with 4 wheel drive. I chose 6 that I liked, but only 1 was actually available. I did end up buying that SUV, but I was a bit disappointed to see how many listed vehicles were not for sale for various reasons. The salesman helping me was Jeremy. I don't have much experience buying cars as this was my 2nd time buying from a dealership. That being said, he was nice, and I am very grateful for his patience helping me out. More
