So I would not normally do this but it's been a rough week with trying to get a new car...I will never go to Sundance ever and Don't recommend anyone else does...I'll be leaving a review for them but th week with trying to get a new car...I will never go to Sundance ever and Don't recommend anyone else does...I'll be leaving a review for them but this poor kid went to Sundance because he wanted a truck and knew he could get one there in his price range. He got one got his loan done spent his whole Saturday there and took his truck home. The check engine light was on and they said take it get it scanned and we will fix it. He does what he is told brings it in at the beginning of last week to have the oil pressure sensor replaced. This is where it gets really interesting-they call him the next day and say you can't have this truck. The frame is rotted and it's not safe to drive. He had one of their loaner cars so he still had something to drive and told them in a couple of days they would have a different truck for the same value. The rest of the week goes by he calls twice to see how the progress is. Monday he calls and said I'll be there at 10:30 am to get this different vehicle. The salesman that assured us he wanted him to have a great expierience it was his first time buying a car blah blah blah Mark Holt is a complete jerk to him but he went anyhow. They found a truck for him but it was at the St. John's location had him test drive two other vehicles then he was suppose to go back today-well long story short he ended up not getting a car through Sundance at all-getting a whole new loan at a different dealership and now owns a new Ford Fusion...he loves it he's happy but he had quite a horrible 1st time car buying expierience because of Sundance! They have done a similar bait and switch scam to my mom and a different scam to my sister. They also stole his expensive crocks and girlfriends necklace from the vehicle he took in to be service-scammer-thieves-liars not good people! More
