Maybe it was due to the sales associate I worked with and his lack of focus, follow up or attention to detail that has left me bitter. I purchased my vehicle on Sunday 9/29/2024... and by 10/2/2024 I was calling and emailing my sales associate regarding a check engine light coming on as well as needed documents (warranty, insurance coverage). I did not hear back from this associate for 2 weeks, but it was me calling or emailing that finally got me to my associate. Why as the customer should I be following up regarding paperwork that was due to me, why wasn't my associate doing his standard follow up? Why am I still waiting currently to hear back from this sales associate? Not happy at all with this purchase. It shouldn't be this difficult. More
