Top Notch It pays to purchase the extended warranty with Auto Butler. I purchased my Prius V in June of 2014. Every 6 months my car is pampered at no charge. It takes about 2 hours to complete the service but it's worth the wait. The waiting area is very comfortable with 2 Flat panel TV's, they now have a cafe where you can have breakfast or lunch for a reasonable price and coffee and donuts are always free. The service advisers are professional and friendly. More

What is the point on making appointments with your usual service guy? But Michael (the other service guy) was very attentive, nice and professional. He explained throughly what my car needed and got us out of there in a very reasonable time. I am glad that I have two service guys to choose from now. Lance and Michael! On another note my car was leaking oil and I found out that it was bc last oil change there, they left something loose. Thank God nothing happened to my car. More
