I have been dealing with SunTOyota since I purchased my 2016 Corolla. My Svs advisor Mike Rindel (sp) has been OUTSTANDING and has gone above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Since the Morgan Group purchased this dealership in 2016 it has gone steadily down hill. We purchased 1 Cadillac and 2 Camrys from them since 1014. I'm writing this review to warn others about the scam their service department runs on unknowledgeable customers. I brought my Toyota Highlander in to see an approved Toyota service deportment could tell their service department runs on unknowledgeable customers. I brought my Toyota Highlander in to see an approved Toyota service deportment could tell me why my A/C turns off randomly and if an error code is registrar in the control card. I did have a maintenance required message on my car display. After an hour they told me zero about my problem and they didn't even reset maintenance require message " I did". In fact they sent me a hooky text with a video saying my in car air filter was dirty, that's it not that it needed to be replace! Little did they know I have had my inside car filter (have the receipt) change recently. This text was a total scam and fraud to the public. The sad note is I am in the market for a new car and it won't be brought from Sun Toyota. I would recommend not to use their service department of their dealership. More
