***Worst Toyota Service Department management I’ve ever experienced. *** My issue was brought to their attention and there involvement was through the service advisor only. No attempt to step up and tak experienced. *** My issue was brought to their attention and there involvement was through the service advisor only. I honestly feel bad leaving this review because James and Thul are actually great service writers, but the technicians and management is why I’ll never return to this Toyota dealership. Here’s why: I brought my 2019 Toyota Camry in back when I first bought it from Carvana. There insurance company was going to cover any mechanical issues costs to be fixed. Brought the car in for vibration while braking. The technician only thought to just resurface the rotors….. not replace pads or even recommend replacing the rotors. Fine ok…. Fast forward 4,000 miles and I bring the car back for the same problem. This time no insurance company covering the repair and now recommend replacing rotors and pads…. So technicians prefer customers have to return every 4,000 to repair their own repair and bill more hours. Management never once attempted to actually get involved. They just threw some bs $120 discount trying to cheaply buy their way out of owning their mistake. Screw your $120, I much rather pay full price and never spend another penny at such a poorly run service department. Toyota has opened a case into this matter and I look forward to resolving my issue with people who actually want help. More
