Just took my 2020 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service and as usual everything went smoothly as always. Service was completed on time as promised by Carlos Cuellar who kept me informed along the way. Wa and as usual everything went smoothly as always. Way to go, sending a live video to my iPhone showing your team checking my Brakes and Tire Life with sound as the results were read off. WHAT A GREAT IDEA!! The process took about two hours but the waiting area is great with free coffee and water. If you get hungry step up to the the Cafe and you can purchase any number of items. I have been coming to SUN TOYOTA for many years and have never been disappointed. As far as I am concerned SUN is a Class Act! Thanks again to the Sun Team and CARLOS CUELLAR FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! I had a great experience here. I didn’t have an appt and I needed my battery tested and changed and they fit me in right away. I was in and out in an hour! Went in to service my 3rd gen Tacoma and was met by Mike Rinaldi. Mike is an exemplary employee, he took care of my service needs and was very accommodating of my schedule.
