Billy was very helpful and answered all my questions when I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I only know this because I asked Billy to pop the hood and I came in. Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, the battery post was not changed. I didn't mind waiting but I felt like I was being taking advantage of because am a woman. It has happen to me twice in Guam when I owned 2 lexuses and I could of sued Toyota. But, I left that to God to take care of them. Other than that, Billy is great and will contact him in 6 months for check up. Thank you, Liz More

The service was excellent. I received quality customer care from all of the staff. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation and they got me in and our lickety-split! I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Sun Toyota’s service adviser Mr. Mike Rinaldi. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Rinaldi a service provided by Sun Toyota’s service adviser Mr. Mike Rinaldi. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Rinaldi advised me of a necessary Software update that would add additional wait time to the service appointment. However, after a little over one hour I was called to the Serice desk. All services were completed! My car runs better then ever. I sincerely appreciate Mike Rinaldi and his team for the excellent service they provide at Sun Toyota. More
