I had a problem with a tire pressure sensor. The service manager agreed to have it repaired at no charge to me. Josh Hermann was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job of reviewing which 60K services would be applicable for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. We only did those services which were rea He did an excellent job of reviewing which 60K services would be applicable for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. We only did those services which were really needed including a complete tire replacement. He also took the best tire and set it aside to be used as a future spare. He also fixed my license plate which had been the last time my car was serviced. He kept me informed of the progression of the servicing and told me when the car was going to be ready. He walked me out to my car and took all of the things that were placed in the vehicle to ensure that it wasn't damaged in anyway. Josh is a true professional! More

This was my first service at this dealership, and I had my service completed by Kira Ritchie on 8/13/2022 and I mist say that it was a pleasure having her assist me with fixing my right front tire. It turn my service completed by Kira Ritchie on 8/13/2022 and I mist say that it was a pleasure having her assist me with fixing my right front tire. It turned out that I needed a new tire, because I had a screw that was too close to the sidewall of the tire. Kira was able to find the tire specifically for my vehicle, had it installed, and mounted to my vehicle in no time. I want to say thank you so much for getting me back on the road safely. More
