Exceptional Customer Care Sun Toyota is a beautiful, ultra-modern dealership that provides superior customer care. We would not take our leased Toyota Camry anywhere else for servicing. At 7 pm on 4/28/16, we discovered our car battery was dead after leaving the gym. Although the service department had closed, I called the sales department and explained our dilemma to Carlos Allicock. He stated that he was sure there was a mechanic staying late. Carlos told me he would walk over there and explain my situation to the mechanic. I told him we were getting a jump start and could be there in 10 minutes. Carlos promised to call me back shortly. With three minutes, he called and told us to come to Sun Toyota and the mechanic would help us. When we arrived at the service center, Carlos was sitting in a golf cart waiting for us to arrive. He immediately offered to drive us to the service bay. At the service bay, we were warmly welcomed by Justin, one of Sun Toyota's senior mechanics. Within a few minutes, Justin and Brian (another senior mechanic) determined that we could have a new battery installed free of charge under our bumper-to-bumper warranty. Approximately a few minutes later, Justin had installed the battery. This experience was handled very professionally and with the utmost concern for our needs. Carlos, Justin, and Brian truly went above and beyond the call of duty to care for us as friends and to give us complete peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful and trying situation. Today, we called the service department and spoke with John, the service manager, to tell him about our very positive experience. We also spoke with Ferris, the GM, and told him how thrilled we were with Carlos, Justin, Brian, and Sun Toyota as a dealership that puts its customers first. More

Car maintenance I have been going to Sun Toyota for both of my vehicles's maintenance, and the staff has always been very courteous. I went in for an oil change and n I have been going to Sun Toyota for both of my vehicles's maintenance, and the staff has always been very courteous. I went in for an oil change and new breaks on April 30th and was able to get a ride back home since I couldn't sit and wait. It was no more than 10 minutes when the driver was ready for me. That was a pleasant experience as well. More

DIDN'T FIND MY VEHICLES PROBLEM Brought my 2014 Corolla in for Service to check my suspension and steering components......Feels like the tires are dragging when making a U-turn or s Brought my 2014 Corolla in for Service to check my suspension and steering components......Feels like the tires are dragging when making a U-turn or sharp curve.......Within a few hours they call and say they find nothing wrong.......Not knowing until after I pick up my vehicle and get all the way home,print out says could not find front end rubbing.......I never said rubbing,so they were not checking what they were told......Close to the end of my 36,000 warranty.....Maybe that's why they could not find the problem?......I think they did correct a recall issue.......But that makes me wonder,too.....Guess no matter where you take it they are all the same......Taking it into another place for alignment and getting them to check the issues I'm having.....Hopefully they can come up with the problem?? Quick and friendly I've come here a few times after purchasing my vehicle for routine maintenance-each visit was very enjoyable. Although there was a long line of cars waiting, when my number came up, Tony Roche hurried up the job, including a free car wash, and I was done in record time. He was very friendly and helpful. Then I worked with Jose Ulibarri and he found me my dream car at a much more affordable payment. He was very low-key, understanding and always helpful. We were also helped by Mr. KK from management. He was great also! I will return to Jose again for my next car. More
