Great service "BUT" Took my Tundra in for its 15k mile service. Everything was great from write-up to length of time to complete the services (except for the missing ant Took my Tundra in for its 15k mile service. Everything was great from write-up to length of time to complete the services (except for the missing antenna which the Service Advisor located and had to re-install). HOWEVER, when I got in my vehicle the seat was completely moved, steering wheel moved, AC settings changed, and radio on and station changed. Unless these items are part of the service, there is absolutely "NO" reason why any of these things should be touched in a customer's vehicle. And if they are being services, they should be returned to the settings as when the vehicle arrived. This is very un-professional and discourteous to a customer. It shows lack of respect from those who you trust your vehicle to and causes distrust for future visits and makes you wonder what else is being done behind the scenes while your vehicle is not in your possession. While you can be great in all aspects of a business, these type actions can replace quality service with mistrust and ruin the whole customer experience. More
