Fixing a Problem w Courtesy and expediency I had an oil change and a car wash and wax service. The bill reflected the wrong oil, but it was changed immediately by my service rep Travis. The wax and wash was done very well, but the guys forgot to finish the roof. No problem at all. The service manager John said bring it in whenever you can and they promised to complete the roof immediately. They not only kept their promise, but Travis was the perfect gentleman and corrected the problem himself quickly. I have been buying and leasing cars for more than 45 years. Very seldom is everything always perfect. I believe the strength of a car dealership is in the service reps. taking charge and feeling empowered to fix problems quickly and perfectly. Oil change and tire rotate. All around inspection. Everything went OK until I drove off the lot. The low tire pressure light came on and I had to return to the dealership. My service rep too care of Everything went OK until I drove off the lot. The low tire pressure light came on and I had to return to the dealership. My service rep too care of very fast. Told me that the equipment they used was not working, so he used a new one and got the tire pressure right. Other then having to travel an extra 50 miles, I like the service they always give me. More
