Tires for Life Although I completely appreciate the service advisors for all of their assistance over the years, I am NOT happy with the work of the technicians. I Although I completely appreciate the service advisors for all of their assistance over the years, I am NOT happy with the work of the technicians. I had all 4 of my tires replaced on July 20, 2016 as part of the tires for life program. I had to return today, August 7, 2016, because I had one missing lug nut and another that I was able to turn with my fingers. Luckily for me, I heard a hum/grind coming from the right side of my car and thought to check the lug nuts. If I hadn't heard it, I would have most likely had the tire come off while driving since it was on the back right side. During my prior visit, Michael was very kind and helpful. Today, Greg couldn't apologize enough for my troubles. Again - the service advisors are top notch and can not be blamed for the sloppiness of the technicians in the garage. It's sad that I will never purchase another Toyota again because I don't feel safe after having simple repairs or service done to my car. More
