great save I came into Sun Toyota for an early Monday morning appointment to have my 2015 4 Runner serviced for 10,000 mile service and also to get a replac I came into Sun Toyota for an early Monday morning appointment to have my 2015 4 Runner serviced for 10,000 mile service and also to get a replacement tire ,there was a giant rock stuck in it and it was not fixable. I was unaware that it was not covered under my extended warranty and the replacement tire was going to cost $300..00. I was very unhappy about the fact that the warranty I purchased did not cover the tires as I believed I had purchased a warranty for the entire car. I was going to take the car and leave but the service tech suggested I talk with a manager first. Matt was very helpful and went out of his way to make me a happy Sun Toyota customer again. I must tell you if it wasn't for the tech that checked my car in (I don't remember his name) and Matt the salesman I probably would have taken my business to another dealer. I left with a brand new 2016 4 Runner and a warranty that covered the tires. The gentleman that did the finance contract again I can't remember his name) was also very helpful and made sure I was fully advised of all my options and what they included. More

Thank you so much. My daughter came down from school to have the car looked at.
