Needed new tires for my car Service said I needed new tires on my 3 year old car. A second opinion confirmed this. When I called Sun Toyota to tell them, my service guy not only matched the other company price, but also beat that price! Needless to say, I bought my tires from Sun Toyota, I am very happy and plan to return for other service as needed. More
Damage caused by tech replacing tires. I would strongly discourage anyone from having this dealership install a new set of tires. I had all four tires replaced, after matched Tire Kingdom's price, so I let them do the work. 06/17/2016 This was the first time the tires were replaced on our 2012 Sienna SE, which was in "pristine" condition. Unfortunately, the tech who did the work did not care about the job he was doing or our vehicle. All four wheels had e finish knocked off around the lug nuts(from not taking a second to align up the socket on impact wrench) and scraped off finish on the edge of rims from the machine used to remove the tire. I contacted the same service tech I have used several times before and obtained the name of the tech and asked if I brought my vehicle back, could I request this same tech not be able to work on my vehicle. The service adviser said "ok" and that's it. I informed him I photographed the damage and he couldn't care less, advising he would be sure the tech was spoken to. That's it! Sorry about your luck. I didn't ask for anything and he sure didn't offer. What a shame. I then took my 2012. 4x4 Tundra to Tire Kingdom where I purchased 4 tires, new struts, alignment, whole nine yards warranty and NOT A SCRATCH ON MY RIMS. not sure if I will go back to Sun Toyota for anything. More
