That includes your body shop which went the extra mile in getting the damage repaired when Southeaster regional headquarters screwed up on getting the replacement part to the shop. To get my car repaired in a timely manner they went to another dealer to get the needed parts. They also did not get the locking lug nuts for my new car to you as promised. Wasted long trip to dealership so asked to be called when they arrived. It was about 3 days later when I got the call and went right over to you. The nuts were installed immediately. In summary, I give the dealership and employees I have had contact with the 5 star rating. My experiences were also great when I had my 2010 Prius serviced by Sun after my contract with Autoway was up. More

I came for a tire rotation and had two filter changed. Joe Koenn is very efficient and I trust his judgement in advising me of what needs to be done!
