The only negative was when I called to book an appointment. the person kept carrying on a conversation with another employee, which I could hear in the background. and I had to ask if she was through socializing and finish my appointment. I scoffed to myself of the importance to arrive on time; however from that point on I was taken care of quite thoroughly my your Asst. Srv Magr Andrew Wilson. As it was my first visit Andrew explained everything. I was extremely satisfied with our interaction.
