Service I drove 25 miles to have my first service for my 16 Tacoma, I arrived on time as suggested by the e-mail reminding me of the appt. I sat in my vehicle for more than 10 minutes before being approached by someone who would taking care of me. I scoffed to myself of the importance to arrive on time; however from that point on I was taken care of quite thoroughly my your Asst. Srv Magr Andrew Wilson. As it was my first visit Andrew explained everything. I was extremely satisfied with our interaction. If I were to pick something that concerned me it would be the time a standard service took ie in at 1055 am out at 120 tack on travel time 40 min each way. That's a long day for an oil change More
