Dissapointing I went for a complete maintenance appt because my car was nearing 60,000 miles. My last 2 experiencse at this dealership were disappointing.-- I hel I went for a complete maintenance appt because my car was nearing 60,000 miles. My last 2 experiencse at this dealership were disappointing.-- I helped my daughter buy a car from Sun Toyota this past summer. We both got a debit card to use in the future. I saved mine for this last maintenance service, knowing 60,000 miles could mean more than just an oil change ... and indeed it was. So after receiving the bill of $256.00, I tried using my SUN TOYOTA rewards debit card. The cashier said it expired in Dec., when the card read, "12-16". She asked for a sales manager card, but after waiting 20 minutes, they were all too busy to talk to me. I drive all the way from Weeki Wachee to use this dealership but won't anymore. My last service experience was no better. When my car was done, I went to sit in the driver's seat but there was a smear of something on the seat. The service rep told me it must be makeup ...? They sat in it to drive it up. It was just serviced and I don't wear makeup. So the service manager called me and told me to set up a day for a car wash, vacuum, and cleaning. I did, emailed him the date, and NEVER heard from him again. This is not my idea of a 5-Star dealership. More
