Getting my accessories on couldn't have been easier Extremely easy getting my accessories on. About a 4 hr service, gave me a rental(even though it was a sienna). Travis in service is a Rock star! I don't know if it is the accent or what, but he immediately connects with you and comes of as non-threatening and likable. Felt like he cared about getting my truck tip top and appeared very trustworthy. Now these were prepaid items, so nothing was broken and there was no negotiation involved, but I will consider driving 45min out my way to have service done on my 2 new Toyotas if Travis is my guy. unbelievable service that costs you money I took my truck in for service and a brake problem that I have had for 20,000 miles, they want to replace parts at $203.00 each that another Toyota de I took my truck in for service and a brake problem that I have had for 20,000 miles, they want to replace parts at $203.00 each that another Toyota dealer sells for $137.00. The truck was there once already and the issue was addressed but not resolved, they also found a TSB on my truck and want to charge me around $1000.00 for parts and over $100.00 labor for a problem that TOYOTA knows about and passes it off to the consumer if out of WARRANTY. I will be in contact with the service manager to settle this, and they want me to buy another truck from them. Product support and service after the sale is more important than price to me. Micheal answered my questions but had no answer that was the correct answer, all I heard was it will cost me to have repaired, WRONG ANSWER. More
