First Service Appointment for New Vehicle I had a Monday 9am appointment with Michael McKinley, Asst. Svc. Mgr for the first service check of our 2017 Camry XLE. I was greeted by Michael and I had a Monday 9am appointment with Michael McKinley, Asst. Svc. Mgr for the first service check of our 2017 Camry XLE. I was greeted by Michael and because this was an initial service he told me it should be about an hour. He offered me a wash also which I agreed. My vehicle was ready in a little over an hour and I was on my way. Michael was personable and knows his brand, continuing the level of professionalism and service which I have come to expect from Sun Toyota during the 13 yrs. we have lived in FL. Good job I dealt with James Kober. He was very nice. I was there for my Takata airbag recall. I got a price for fixing the seal on my trunk but it was was t I dealt with James Kober. The only thing I'm disappointed in is ever since I left the dealership, my check engine light is on. How did no one notice that that light was not on when I arrived? I know I can just come back and get it reset but that's just a complete inconvenience. Other than that, I was pleased. More
