While we understand your frustration at the length of time it took for the recall to be completed the parts availability was not something that was in our control. We also recognize that sitting for an extended period of time does have an impact on the vehicle which is why we replaced the battery, windshield wipers and completed the multi-point inspection to ensure it was safe for you. Unfortunately brakes, axles, filters and the other items we brought to your attention are not items that would have been caused by the extended storage.
