Best car salesman ever Came to dealership for routine maintenance on 2015 Toyota RAV4. Looked up old salems. Who was still with dealership-Carlos Allicott. Would up leaving facility with a new Rav 4 and upgraded our old one to a Hybrid which is where we need to be heading these days in the car industry. 25+ Year Customer Not Going Back to Sun Toyota! We have been customers of Sun Toyota for over 26 years and have generally been treated with respect and kindness. Our Sienna was part of the massive airbag recall and we were given the option to drop off our vehicle and a rental car was provided until the repair was available. Once the airbag issue was fixed, the rude and condescending treatment by the "Top Assistant Service Manager" award winner (not to mention the cotinuous mistruths spoken by this employee!!), along with the rude and negative attitude by the service department manager, were beyond disappointing. There was a complete disregard towards customer service and/or trying to resolve any concerns I had. Our vehicle sat outside for 10mos and I had asked for the tires, belts and hoses to be checked; I was told they were not authorized to do that, but they could check only the fluid levels in the car and the air pressure of the tires. If I wanted anything else looked at, I would have to pay for it. There are too many erroneous comments made to type here, but suffice it to say, my family will no longer visit this dealership for any of our future car needs (and with two teens ready to start driving, and another one a few years from that, we will be needing cars!) More

Had one question that could not be answered: Since I spent 88% of my time in NJ, I cannot get all my services done in FL. I could not get a recommended Toyota dealership for future services in NJ, as not all dealership services centers are as good as Sun's technical knowledge. Can you get a recommendation from Toyota Corporation for a NJ dealership, that can service correctly and trustworthy for a 2017 Highlander Platinum Limited?
