The next week, Brad, who has sold us our Camry 4 years ago, was off the day we brought in our trade in, but he filled Justine in with our hot buttons and Justine gave us excellent, but not pushy service. Kevin in admin was patient with our questions and changes. We received a very competitive price (having checked most Toyota dealers within 50 miles of our home, we already knew the prices for comparable Prius v Fours). All in all, an excellent experience.
