He explained me all features and offers very well and made sure all paperwork is quick and smooth. I went there in used car and was out with brand new car in short time. Completely stunned I came in to Sun Toyota thinking I'd have to really put on my negotiator face and I only ended up with a smile. I'm not a good negotiator and he made me feel so comfortable. And not only that but he also listened to what I needed and busted his butt trying to make it happen. This has got to be one of the best service experiences I've ever had and I'll never go anywhere else if I'm ever car shopping. This is my first new car and I'm more excited than words can explain. Went in for a oil change at 8am - didn't leave till almost 12:30. Had oil changed and 3year old battery replaced ( which was the top of the line and I was told it would be warrantied for 8 years). It was pro rated . Still paid almost $100.00. All in all I will go back to this dealership. It is a comfortable place to stay, I did not have an appointment so it is possible that delayed my time there somewhat. As far as pricey yes it was, but so are all the dealerships I have ever been to. Ideally it would be nice to see their prices more in line with the great mechanic shops in the area with fair pricing. More
My experience was and has left me wanting We purchased our Avalon a couple of months ago. It was certified. We have previously driven Honda's. Had air leaking a few days after purchase and the tech said the tires were old and dried out and needed replacement. we didn't notice when we purchased the car that the repairs that had been done to the body were repainted in a different color than the rest of the care. The tone of the paint was the same but was of a completely different color. Three quarters of the car is light blue but the right side of the car is grey. yesterday when I came in for a check engine light was charged "the good news" of $160.00 for a gas cap that could have been diagnosed with out the $106.00 fee being added to my bill. At this point, I won't be back for service or purchase with you again More
Lance Johnson is a great service rep I brought the car into the dealership on 4/19/2016 for a piece of molding that came off the car when it was taken through a car wash. I called Lance and he told me to bring it in. The molding was found defective and was ordered. Lance makes the difference between great service and OK service. More
