We felt very pressured to close the deal when we bought the car..love the car..hate the pressure job of the sales department, James as a representative, and the "let me go speak to my manager" routine. In addition, we have never purchased a car in which we did not receive a follow up call by the person we bought it from. Lastly, we were promised a free tank full of gas and when we went to get it, James, who did the promising, was rude and dismissive of the whole matter....making us feel very second class when he was all false smiles and such before the purchase... Good service, clean restrooms! I took my new Prius in for it's first service, which I thought was an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out it just needed a tire rotation. I was glad they informed me, as I always keep my vehicle maintained. I live 45 minutes north of the dealership, so I appreciate the clean restrooms! Thank you! More
