My wife and I looked at 4 different vehicle types last night at Sun and Willy knew everything Simply said: "Willy Patti" knows his Toyota cars cold. My wife and I looked at 4 different vehicle types last night at Sun and Willy knew everything about every vehicle - from under the hood to where the vehicle was built. We were treated like family and were impressed with the massive Toyota and Scion inventory. The physical dealership is amazing - nothing is cramped - and it is fully automated (a place a computer geek can appreciate). The facility is also well managed by Robbie Boston and his Management Teams. Everyone was busy. Everyone had a job and purpose. AND, everyone took time to say hello and let US know what they were doing to move our purchase along. Frustration free! Of course, the experience ends with finance. Kevin also treated us like family. We decided to lease a 2016 Corolla S Plus. The price was far, far below the internet research I did. Thanks to some very cool desktop technology with our purchasing forms, Kevin was able to process our purchase quickly and send us on our way. Willy AGAIN went above and beyond to show us the car, set up Bluetooth, register us with Service, and show us all of the car features so we could have a safe and fun ride home. Dominick took us around looking at vehicles explaining them and had prices in minutes whenever we asked. Took the time to make us feel like we are #1. Also the sales team was amazing and fast. No messing around. Super fast in and out. I just bought another Tundra Monday after totalling the one I bought in December. The guys were amazing caring and helped us faster than I could have imagined. In at 3 out at 6 after looking over the huge lot. Again Dominick was helpful and very accommodating.
