I live about 1 hour away and was a little bit hesitated to travel so far to see and test drive the car. Before going there, I did a thorough research on the car itself and its safety features and durability as it is my first experience with toyota. I started off the search by visiting a local toyota dealer that is five minute away from my house. The dealership near my house has an online posting for a "prius 3". However, I showed up and realized that everything that they had online is a a big typo. What they had is a prius 2 not a 3 and the pricing is not even fair. This is actually another toyota certified dealership and not some random independent dealer. The effort was wasted as sun toyota is the only toyota within the 50 mile radius that has the most selection and the best pricing. As you can tell, at this point, I was pretty hopeless and decided to drive out to holiday florida and visit sun toyota anyway. Sun toyota totally changed my mind. The car is exactly what they said online except better. For a used car, it is in impeccable condition. Dominick was helping us and he was wonderful. I have a tight budget as a side effect of being a medical student and Dominick was very willing to work with me. Not only the car is in a great condition but the warranty and the service is top of the line. Like I said, I'm very glad to make that drive to Sun Toyota and will recommend this fantastic dealership to all my friends and family. More

When we arrived, Anthony Marino helped I went to the dealership late in the day on a Saturday, and wasn't really expecting to find a truck that day. When we arrived, Anthony Marino helped answer all of my questions and showed me vehicles that fit what I was looking for. He went above and beyond to get me into a new truck. He even stayed well past 9:00 on a Saturday night to get everything taken car of so that I could leave that day with my new vehicle. He even followed up multiple times during the next week and came in on his day off when he knew I had to go back to the dealership to finalize some things that couldn't get done the night I bought the truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Anthony! It was a great experience and I would do business with him and the dealership again. Also, Frank Vitale in the Finance Department was great to work with. He made the usually long and tedious process very quick and explained everything in great detail. More

Great Sales experience! + 20yr/200k mi warranty My husband and I decided to trade in our Prius and buy a bigger van to accommodate our golf clubs and our many visitors to Florida.This past October I My husband and I decided to trade in our Prius and buy a bigger van to accommodate our golf clubs and our many visitors to Florida.This past October I drove a Toyota Sienna that I rented for a long trip and really liked it. I drove 11 hours and was very comfortable all the way. So we stopped into Sun Toyota and test drove a Certified pre-owned 2010 Sienna XLE with 69k miles. Our salesperson Anthony Marino, from the beginning was very nice, not pushy, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and work with. Anthony informed us that Sun Toyota was running a promotion offering 20yrs/200k mile warranty on all pre-owned vehicles. Ok. That's pretty impressive. Me likey! Still, I am a very prudent car buyer (I used to sell cars and worked in the automotive business including dealerships a good deal of my life). So I went home and shopped around the internet to research prices on similar vehicles, check out value on NADA and Edmunds.com, and check trade-in value on our Prius. The Sun Toyota Sienna XLE was a pretty good price taking mileage and amenities into consideration. I went back a few days later with the price and trade-in value I wanted to pay. We negotiated, the Sales Mgr came over to join in, and although I did not get as close to my price as I wanted (you've got to ask for a ridiculous good deal to get one), we came to an agreement. They came down some on the price and up on the trade-in. I could have walked, but knew this was a fair deal and a good buy, and that the 20yr/200k mile (powertrain) warranty was a desirable exclusive benefit from this dealership. So I accepted the deal and bought the Sienna. Anthony Marino was an attentive respectful salesperson throughout the entire sales process. It was a pleasure to work with him, and he provided us with a positive sales experience, and continues to do so as I have called him with after-buy questions or follow-up needs. I was glad to have had him as my Salesperson. I recommend him highly if you decide to go in to Sun Toyota to buy a car. He is one of the good guys. Also, Desmond was our Business Office Manager. He was awesome! No one ever looks forward to walking into the Business/F&I office when buying a car. It's like going to the Principal's office. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the F&I person is bullying, degrading, and intimidating. This was the absolute opposite experience. Desmond was personable, and conducted himself with utmost professionalism. I am a woman and he treated me with complete respect. He is a true gentleman. I recommend Sun Toyota to you based on our experience there. Ask for Anthony Marino. More

As our children entered driving age we went back to Dean and each time and found the same kind of professional treatment. I am very pleased with the way he sells cars and the service department is also a pleasure to deal with. There are closer dealerships to where we live but in visiting them I did not have the same feel good experience so back to Sun Toyota we went. Just bought a new 216 Tundra to pull my first boat and could not be more pleased. Thanks Dean!! you're the best. More
