We were treated like family and were impressed with the massive Toyota and Scion inventory. The physical dealership is amazing - nothing is cramped - and it is fully automated (a place a computer geek can appreciate). The facility is also well managed by Robbie Boston and his Management Teams. Everyone was busy. Everyone had a job and purpose. AND, everyone took time to say hello and let US know what they were doing to move our purchase along. Frustration free! Of course, the experience ends with finance. Kevin also treated us like family. We decided to lease a 2016 Corolla S Plus. The price was far, far below the internet research I did. Thanks to some very cool desktop technology with our purchasing forms, Kevin was able to process our purchase quickly and send us on our way. Willy AGAIN went above and beyond to show us the car, set up Bluetooth, register us with Service, and show us all of the car features so we could have a safe and fun ride home. Best car buying experience I recently had to buy a new car because my old car had broken down. To be honest I was dreading having to buy a car. So when I first arrived at Sun Toyota I guess you can say I had my guard up and not really willing to let it down till I felt comfortable. Frank Lusardi was my sales person he was great I knew in the first five minutes that I could trust him and let my guard down. He really made this car buying experience fun for me and my kids. He not only treated me great but treated my kids awesome too. He gave them coloring books and snacks. He even let my oldest son play games on his phone.
