Well, this is where we met Christopher Stapleton. He was very professional and knew his stuff. We test drove and purchased a 2016 Toyota Sienna, and traded in our 2011 Toyota Rav4 as well. Christopher was very customer oriented and driven, doing his best to secure the sale and at the same time, making my wife and I feel totally at ease. I receive the very best service every time I have my vehicle serviced at Sun Toyota. My service writer is Lance Johnson I have been working with Lance since he first started with Sun Toyota. I am a medical courier and my vehicle is my livelihood. I trust Lance he is very knowledgeable trustworthy and he is not just an amazing service writer he has become like family . He goes out of his way he has even came in on his day off to help me when I had a problem with my vehicle he contacted the tow company had them tow my vehicle in. My car was still under warranty and was very new so it was odd to have a problem like that in a Toyota. He is very sincere and genuine. He makes our experience so nice that we always make sure he is working when we bring our vehicles in. I cannot say enough about the service I receive at Sun Toyota. There is also another young man John Mendonca who has been our mechanic for as long as I can remember he is such a fine young man we trust him 100% with all our vehicles it has been very nice to watch him grow in the company and it is so nice to see a company recongnize his great potential and has promoted him it is wonderful and sad that he doesn't get to work on my cars but he always overseas and make sure we are completely happy and getting the best service ever. Now the sales department we have bought several vehicles from a gentleman named Matt Beckman he has been our salesman through several vehicles he goes out of his way and makes our transactions very smooth we are in and out without all the headaches and negotiations. He answers our phone calls morning noon and night even on his days off he has always gotten back with us and always had a fast response. He makes us feel like a priority and he has worked with us many times and knows our likes and dislikes. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we call Matt. We are in the service department basically every other month and again would not use anyone but Lance Johnson kudos to having such great employees sincerely Christine Ratliff More

Happy, Pleasant! I have bought my last three cars at Sun Toyota since 2000. My first service rep was Bill, he left and Lance has been taking care of me since. He is personable, knowledgeable and takes his time with me. No rushing, answers all my questions and calls to make sure that I was happy with my visit. I drive up from Clearwater, so you are not close. If it were not for the personal service of Lance I don't know that I would continue to drive 45 minutes for my service. I have not had the pleasure of meeting any of the service techs, but I can say that my car is clean when I get and I have not had to bring it back, so they are doing a good job. I like Sun Toyota! Did my shopping online. Experience was great I like to do my shopping online and then just use the dealership for a test drive and make sure the vehicle meets my expectations. I dealt with Bryan Whelan by email and text and he was always prompt in answering any questions I had (I can't say the same for some of the other dealerships I was dealing with in the area.) One of things Bryan did that I really appreciated was, after my inquiry about a vehicle that wasn't showing up online on their website, he emailed me a personalized video showing the car on the lot and going over its features. When I met him to look at vehicles he didn't seem to be your stereotypical 'pushy' salesman either, which was really nice. I'd definitely work with him again on my next auto purchase. More
