Truck Service I had to rebook my appointment for the falling day. The car rental would not except my Visa Debt card without 2 light bills in my name even though I’ I had to rebook my appointment for the falling day. The car rental would not except my Visa Debt card without 2 light bills in my name even though I’m in their system and have rented from them before. I went up the road a few miles to the Toyota Collision Center a rented a car from them using the same method of payment (also the one I always use on a regular basis my debit card) but then I had to wait for the to pick me up and bring me back. After spending almost $700.00 on a oil change and some other repairs I would have thought my truck would have been washed and vacuumed.Well it was washed and has white calseam spots all over it, so bad I could barley see out the window. It was cleaner befor I left it and not vacuumed. The truck was there from 10:00am until 6:50pm. You would think someone would have cleaned it up. The employee I dealt with was Tonny, he is always very professional and easy to work with. More

This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from them, but far and away the best experience to date. Service has always been great too, so when it came to replace my 2011, Sun was my only "real" choice. My main Sales Consultant, Wayne was fantastic and spent a great deal of time with me my first day on the lot. When I had to come in to do a test drive and close the sale on his day off, he set me up to meet with other members of his team who treated me like they would their very own customer. It didn't seem to matter that Paul wasn't going to get commission on this particular sale with me, only that I received excellent service and top notch treatment and that Wayne would do the same for him next time. Willy in Accessories was also terrific, walking me through all my options to make the car "my baby," and gave me honest feedback as to whether an option would be right for me. Super friendly working man's guy. Jeff Johnson in management was terrific when it came to grinding out the details. It's going to be a couple of weeks before I will get my car, but I am sure that experience will also be great. I highly recommend this dealership. They have a huge selection, expertise, clearly love their customers and what they do, -- and who they do it for. More
